NHL Alumni

Today we travelled to Ross Beattie to see a presentation from the NHL alumni association. We were treated to a talk and question and answer session from Walter Gretzky, Marty McSorely and Matthew Barnaby. We heard about their journey to their NHL career and their post career lives. They talked about perseverance, determination, sportsmanship and the importance of family. They discussed owning up to your mistakes and learning from them. They also took a few minutes to sign some autographs for some students. :) 

We had a lot of fun and enjoyed the presentation.
